Three Cocktails
Worth Making Tonight
Simple recipes using bottles you'll find on our shelves. All ingredients available in-store.
Old Fashioned
- Bourbon 2 oz
- Simple syrup ¼ oz
- Angostura bitters 2 dashes
- Orange peel for garnish
Combine in a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Stir gently 20 seconds. Express orange peel over the top and drop in.
Oregon Mule
- Oregon gin 2 oz
- Fresh lime juice ¾ oz
- Ginger beer 4 oz
- Mint + lime wheel to garnish
Build over ice in a copper mug. Pour gin and lime, top with ginger beer. Lightly slap mint to release aroma before garnishing.
Aperitivo Spritz
- Italian aperitivo liqueur 3 oz
- Prosecco 3 oz
- Splash soda water 1 oz
- Orange slice for garnish
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add aperitivo, then Prosecco, then a splash of soda. Give it one gentle stir and garnish.
