We're pouring the full Meletti range from Ascoli Piceno, Italy — their iconic Sambuca (aged 4 months, rich elderflower and licorice, 42% ABV), the herbal complexity of Fernet Meletti, and the classic Anisette made from the original 1870 recipe of Silvio Meletti. Three Cocktails
Worth Making Tonight
Simple recipes using bottles you'll find on our shelves. All ingredients available in-store.
Old Fashioned
- Bourbon 2 oz
- Simple syrup ¼ oz
- Angostura bitters 2 dashes
- Orange peel for garnish
Combine in a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Stir gently 20 seconds. Express orange peel over the top and drop in.
Oregon Mule
- Oregon gin 2 oz
- Fresh lime juice ¾ oz
- Ginger beer 4 oz
- Mint + lime wheel to garnish
Build over ice in a copper mug. Pour gin and lime, top with ginger beer. Lightly slap mint to release aroma before garnishing.
Aperitivo Spritz
- Italian aperitivo liqueur 3 oz
- Prosecco 3 oz
- Splash soda water 1 oz
- Orange slice for garnish
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add aperitivo, then Prosecco, then a splash of soda. Give it one gentle stir and garnish.
